What we are seeing is not random or accidental, nor the result of isolated success. It has clearly outgrown human strategy or strength. This is the work of God—far beyond anything we could accomplish on our own. That is why we carry a simple but weighty conviction: "Don't Screw It Up." Stay humble, walk in obedience, and allow the Holy Spirit to lead every step forward.
At the core of A Light to the Nations is a focused approach: we enter a community and rally the local church around a clear vision—to reach their city with the gospel. We bring tools, training, and resources, equipping believers to step out in boldness. We mobilize them with purpose and unify their efforts, culminating in a city-wide gospel celebration that transforms the entire community. When local believers are inspired, equipped, and released, the impact multiplies in ways we could never manufacture.
Our gospel trucks are deployed nearly every day for mini-crusades in different communities (434 in 2025), reaching places that may not otherwise have access to large-scale events. During crusade seasons they also function as part of a broader simulcast strategy, extending the reach of a central event into multiple locations simultaneously.
Over 250 evangelists have been trained, equipped, and mobilized to push into remote and underserved communities—places where access is limited and the Gospel is rarely heard. Each is outfitted with a motorcycle, sound system, projector, and the Jesus Film, giving them the ability to carry the message into villages across terrain that stops most vehicles.
Daniel was 43 years old when he decided it would be his last night. Years of failure, rejection, and deep discouragement had left him convinced there was no way forward. He had tried before—three times—but each failed attempt only deepened his despair.
As evening fell, Daniel sat alone in the darkness—waiting. Then, in the distance, he heard music. Loud singing. Joyful voices. The sound of a crusade gathering in the nearby trading center. At first he was irritated. But then he thought, "let me just go and see what this noise is about… it will be the last thing I hear anyway."
He stood at the back, arms folded, ready to leave at any moment. As the Gospel was preached, something began to shift—quiet at first, then stronger, as though the message was reaching past the crowd straight to him. Then the preacher paused, and with unmistakable clarity declared: "There is someone here who has planned to end his life. But God says—your story is not over."
Daniel froze. The weight of hopelessness and the plan he had set in motion all came rushing to the surface—and then it broke. Before he could stop himself, he ran forward, fell to the ground, and cried out to God. Years of pain poured out in a single moment of surrender.
"That night was supposed to be my last… but it became my first real day of living."
Today, Daniel is alive, restored, and serving in a local church—sharing his story with others who feel the same hopelessness he once carried.
For over twenty years, Musa was one of the most feared and respected witch doctors in the Luweero region. People came to him for power, protection, and answers, and his name carried influence. But behind it all, his life was marked by torment. The spirits he served did not bring peace—they brought fear, oppression, and a growing emptiness he could not escape.
When the crusade came to Luweero, Musa planned to attend—not to listen, but to curse the meeting. Standing in the crowd, he held his charms and occult items, invoking demonic power against the evangelist as the Gospel was being preached.
Then something happened that changed everything. The evangelist declared the authority of Jesus over every demonic power, and in that moment the power Musa had relied on for years was broken. He saw it clearly: the spirits he had served for most of his life were not his source of power—they were his prison.
Overcome, Musa stepped forward and cried out, renouncing every charm, every spirit, and every power he had ever known. In a public act of surrender, he laid his fetishes and occult items on the ground before the crowd. As the people worshipped and prayed, the ministry team destroyed them—severing his ties to the life he had lived for so long.
That night, Musa was delivered, set free, and made new. Where there had once been torment, there was now peace. The man who once operated in darkness now worships the living God, pointing others to the freedom he has found in Jesus.
Across cities and regions, large-scale Gospel campaigns bring thousands together—creating moments where entire communities encounter the message of Christ. Working alongside hundreds of local churches, these efforts are rooted in partnership, ensuring the impact is both widespread and lasting.
Each campaign is built over ten weeks, with teams canvasing neighborhoods, sharing the Gospel, and inviting people personally. As the Gospel Celebration Nights begin, that preparation culminates in powerful gatherings where thousands are saved, healed, and delivered.
The work does not end with a decision—it continues through discipleship and leadership. For lasting impact to take root, new believers need strong, biblically grounded leaders who can guide, teach, and shepherd them well.
The ALN Academy exists to meet that need—equipping leaders with a deep spiritual foundation, Christ-centered character, and the practical tools to faithfully serve their communities. This is not simply about knowledge, but about formation—raising up leaders who carry both truth and responsibility with integrity. By investing in leaders, we strengthen the churches that sustain this work and build a foundation where future generations are discipled.
"Let the little children come to me." — Matthew 19:14
In many communities, children play with makeshift balls of rags or plastic. A real soccer ball becomes more than a gift—each Sokaball is printed with the Gospel, turning a simple object into a constant reminder of truth every time they play. What begins as a game becomes an open door, reaching children early so the message takes root long after the game ends.
Every number represents a life reached, a family impacted, and a community changed.
Cumulative indicated decisions for Christ, month by month.
Number of outreaches by type across the year.
Over the past five years, the cost to reach one person with the gospel has fallen dramatically. In the most recent year, overall investment increased to support expanded outreach—reaching more people at greater scale.
The work is not slowing down—it is accelerating. Over the next three years, we are doubling our gospel campaigns from 6 to 12, doubling our trucks and outreach teams, and doubling the training and deployment of our motorcycle evangelists.
What was once one soul every 1.7 seconds is now the foundation we are building from—our pursuit is to see one soul reached every second. With growing teams, expanded capacity, and new regions opening, we move forward with urgency and faith, believing that what God has begun, He will not only sustain, but multiply.
As I read through these pages, I don't just see numbers or summaries—I remember moments. I remember the faces in the crowds, the quiet conversations after the message, the testimonies that will never be forgotten.
Behind every number is a moment where someone encounters the Gospel—often for the very first time. These are not just statistics; they are souls, each one touched by the power and presence of God. What you see in this report is not the result of strategy alone—it is the work of God, moving in power and working through simple obedience.
By God's grace, we are not slowing down. We are stepping into what's next with faith, with urgency, and with a deep sense of responsibility for the call entrusted to us. Thank you for being part of this.
